Muffins For Your Lady Cave

Makes 14

Set oven to 375, spray your muffin tray (don’t use cupcake liners) bake for 14 mins.


(14 mins should be just perfect but def shove a tooth pick down one just in case)



1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips 


2/3 cup organic brown rice flour


2 cups protein powder

 
1 tbs coconut oil


1 cup pumpkin


1 tsp baking soda


1 tsp baking powder


1 egg


1/4 cup almond milk

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 


3 tbs cocoa powder
